Project Scheduling using Critical Path Principals, EOT,s Project Reporting

Sometimes its hard to see from a set of drawings how a project will progress… let us work with you in creating a Project Schedule that reflects the real work that is needed to get you to a successful completion. When building your schedule we start as we would onsite and break the project up into easily recognisable work packages that are easy to follow for you and your client. This will be based on Critical Path planning which shows which work items are critical to the completion and if delayed will delay your finish. It also shows areas of work that may be able to be moved without impact to your completion… as they say ”knowledge is key” so knowing what can be moved and what can’t is critical.

As you progress with the project we are also available to help with the impacts of any variations ( VO’s ) the client has made and the impact this may have to your build duration. If your contact demands we can help with Extensions of Time ( EOT’s ) so that any changes that impact on how long the project will take to complete are clear to follow protecting you from any possible claims from the client if you run late.

Contact Administration

We know that even what appear to be the simplest construction contracts can be complex and intimidating. We can support you prior to you signing as well as throughout the project, ensuring all contractual requirements are strictly followed. With a practical understanding of construction law, we are dedicated to protecting your interests and mitigating any potential risks.

QA Reporting

Quality Assurance Reports are essential documents in construction ensuring the project meets the required standards, specifications, and regulations. A good QA report should provide clear, accurate, and comprehensive information about the quality activities, results, and issues of the project.

A good QA Report should define the purpose, scope, and objectives of the QA process, roles and responsibilities, project deliverables and milestones, and the quality criteria and expectations. It should also describe the methods tools, techniques, and processes used to perform the QA tasks, such as inspections, audits, tests, reviews, or surveys.

It should then give recommendations providing suggestions, solutions, or improvements for enhancing the quality performance of the project, such as corrective actions, preventive actions, or best practices. The recommendations and actions should also specify the responsibilities, deadlines, and resources for implementing them, as well as the expected outcomes and benefits.

H&S Audits and setup

Construction sites are high-risk areas and they require careful management to ensure the health and safety of all workers. Regular health and safety audits can help to identify potential risks, reduce accidents, and improve the overall work environment. With regular inspections, construction site supervisors can rest easy knowing that their worksite is as safe as possible for everyone involved.
