Alongside providing cost estimation solutions for your project before you start, we can also apply our extensive Construction Management experience to assist you with monitoring progress onsite, claims management and quality assurance. With experience in managing a wide range of projects previously, we have are able to help see problem areas before they become an issue and can work with you and your builder to find solutions to get your project to a successful completion.

Variations Management

While you will start the project thinking you have captured all you need to get the home of your dreams, sometimes it is not until you see the physical build progressing that you see new opportunities to refine your vision and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. We can help with the process of issuing the information needed to the builder, reviewing their updated cost estimates as well as reviewing and impact that the changes will have to the completion date of the project.

We can support you prior to you signing as well as throughout the project, ensuring all contractual requirements are strictly followed. With a practical understanding of construction law, we are dedicated to protecting your interests and mitigating any potential risks.

QA Reporting

Quality Assurance Reports are essential documents in construction ensuring the project meets the required standards, specifications, and regulations. A good QA report should provide clear, accurate, and comprehensive information about the quality of the activities, giving results, and highlighting issues with the project. We can give you an independent assessment of the build at any time to give you, your funders and the local authorities confidence that the project is being completed correctly.

Dispute Mediation

Sometimes, despite the best intentions of all parties, projects stumble and the builder / client relationship sours. If you are in this situation and you are needing an independent assessment of where the project sits and how to move forward give us a call. We can do an independent review of the work done to date and check to see that it aligns with the drawings a specifications and that it meets the terms of the build contact. We can then formulate a plan with both parties to get the project moving to a successful completion with the least amount of stress for all involved.
